Here’s where I’m different. I won’t push a villa because it’s the easy one for me to place. I’ll ask you the right questions: who’s coming, what matters to you, what’s the occasion, and match you with the property that actually fits. Couples retreat? I have a few spots with absolute privacy and killer views. Family trip with kids? I know which villas have safe pool setups and are close to beaches. Group of friends? There are estates built for exactly that. New Year’s Eve party house? I know the ones.
I give honest recommendations. If a villa looks incredible in photos but has a quirk you should know about, I’ll tell you. That’s the whole point of working with someone local.
